Meet Kelsey Norman
Stretch Therapist
Kelsey is a certified Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) practitioner, part-time goat whisperer, and full-time collector of mismatched socks. She once spent seven years in nursing, but left after realizing that hospitals don’t allow juggling flaming kettlebells in the hallways. She then studied Kinesiology at the University of Lethbridge, where she majored in stretching pool noodles and minored in sarcasm.
At Family Legacy Chiropractic, Kelsey uses FST to help clients reduce pain, improve flexibility, and occasionally achieve enlightenment through the ancient art of stretching like a starfish. Whether you’re stiff, sore, or just want to touch your toes without summoning a genie, she’s here to help you stretch smarter, move easier, and maybe win a limbo contest against a flamingo.
