Nora Lacroix
Massage Therapist

Nora graduated from Mount Royal University with a diploma of Massage Therapy in 2019. She specializes in deep tissue, mobilizations and myofascial release. Her areas of focus include acute and chronic injury, overuse conditions (such as tendonitis, rotator cuff issues, carpel tunnel, bursitis, etc), post surgery recovery, conditions of the head and neck (concussion, migraine, Motor Vehicle Accidents, TMJ Disfunction) and mental health. In treatment Nora adapts pressure and techniques to each individual client and their needs. Her subsequent education in Traditional Thai Massage creates a more dynamic treatment style with movement and stretching in between targeted therapeutic technique approaches. Nora is always quick to educate and empower clients and offer simple, practical solutions which can be applied to every day.
In her spare time Nora can be found in the mountains camping and hiking, orindoors reading and knitting.
Fun fact, Nora is an international Toe Wrestling Champion! In 2024 she beat out Alan (Nasty) Nash, Aka Golden Toes, earning her the nickname Nora Nimble Toes due to her unlikely under-dog win!
